What parcel service do you use?

All our parcels are sent using Royal Mail services. For international orders, the parcel will then be passed onto your local delivery courier.

 

How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping within the UK is estimated to take 2-3 days after it has been dispatched*.  International shipping may take 7-10 days after dispatch*; this may vary depending on the destination and your local customs regulations. 

 

Please note that we do not charge any customs tax or duty fees on our website; these charges will vary depending on the size of your order and the destination country so please be aware an additional charge may be incurred once the parcel reaches your local customs office. For more information on this, please contact your local customs office. 

 

*dispatch usually takes 1-2 days (excl. weekends)

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking details.  

 

How are payments handled?

All payments are taken through PayPal to ensure and safe and easy transaction. But what if I don't have a PayPal account? Don't worry! Our PayPal gateway allows you to shop using your debit/credit card, without the need for a PayPal account. 

 

Can I order by telephone?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this service. Sorry!

 

Are all your products genuine?

YES! All products on the site are 100% genuine Casio replacements parts. 

 

Can I return my items if I change my mind?

Of course. You have 30 days to return any or all of your items if you are not completely happy with them. We cannot refund any bands or bracelets that are not returned in their original packaging. For more information on our returns policy, please contact sales@watchway.co.uk

What are your business hours?

Our team are here to help 9am-5pm (BST) from Monday to Friday. We are currently closed on weekends, so any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
